We believe in the good, but we fight for the best. Our strengths are quality, creativity and craftsmanship. Our basis is organic and fair products. Respect for nature, man and beast is our cause. Traditional delicacies or creative delectables, our guests experience culinary diversity of a high level. Enjoy our menu made from our own products, a large selection from our vegetable garden and eggs from our hens as well as meat from our own and local farms.

For me, cooking is more than just a job, it is a vocation. I cook with passion and look forward to it every day. I am always learning new things about our products and their taste, and I am always learning new things about the people I prepare culinary pleasures for. For years now I have dedicated myself to traditional Austrian kitchen. Our basis is our own farm produce, which stands for natural taste and seasonality, refined with herbs & vegetables from our garden. I am always inspired by traditional recipes but also follow my intuition, often resulting in classic dishes being reinterpreted.
