We believe in good things, but we are passionate about the very best. As a family-run hotel on Lake Mondsee, regionality is not a trend for us, but a way of life. Here, traditional delicacies and creative culinary delights are served on your plate, honest, handmade and with deep respect for nature.
The secret of our cuisine? Genuine craftsmanship:
- Our own farm: Fresh meat, milk and eggs from our happy hens come directly from our own farm.
- Our own vegetable garden: Crisp vegetables and fragrant herbs are harvested fresh behind the house.
- Mum’s bakery: The wonderful, fresh bread is lovingly created by Andrea Stabauer directly in our kitchen.
- Local partners: Freshly caught fish comes from the Seeache fish farm at Lake Attersee, while fine game comes from our own family.
