For us, regionality is not a passing trend, but a way of life that has developed over time. The well-being of our guests is close to our hearts – with ingredients sourced directly from our own farm and from regional partners, you can enjoy authentic quality, noticeable freshness and living tradition
The secret of our cuisine? Genuine craftsmanship:
- Our own farm: Fresh meat, milk and eggs from our happy hens come directly from our own farm.
- Our own vegetable garden: Crisp vegetables and fragrant herbs are harvested fresh behind the house.
- Mum’s bakery: The wonderful, fresh bread is lovingly created by Andrea Stabauer directly in our kitchen.
- Local partners: Freshly caught fish comes from the Seeache fish farm at Lake Attersee, while fine game comes from our own family.
